My name is Lisa & I completed a yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka last spring and also work with crystal singing bowls and sound.
My passion is to share the healing benefits of yoga, sound & meditation with as many people as possible in our stunning & unique nature in #MasoCorto & surroundings! 
I think this world is getting faster and faster and demands a lot from all of us - that's why it's even more important to take time out.
