Breakfast is included in the price all year round.
Dinner can also be booked.
In the months of September, October and November we also offer lunch.

Of course we can also make you an offer without board.

Breakfast: depending on the season: 7.30 - 10.30 a.m., in autumn: 6.00 - 8.30 a.m.

Extra for dinner:

• Children up to 3 years: free of charge
• Children from 4 - 10 years: 14 €* per day
• Adults: 25 €* per day

*price only valid if dinner is confirmed for the entire stay.

On holidays (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter) our restaurant offers the normal menu as well as pizza.

In winter, you can rent equipment for skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, ski tours and snowshoes. In summer, e-mountain bikes, climbing equipment, trekking poles, hiking backpacks as well as children's backpacks and buggies are available for you.

From 22 June to 10 August and from 24 August to 8 September it is included for those who book a minimum stay of 6 nights.

The indoor pool (10x25m) is available to our guests free of charge. Turkish steam sauna, sauna, whirlpool, infrared cabin and all treatments are for a fee.

The pool area can be used by guests aged 14 and over. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

The seasons of the swimming pool and sauna area may differ from those of the Aparthotel.

Swimming caps are obligatory. These can be bought directly at the pool.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.

Baby cots, child seats and cot guards (on advance booking).

Dogs only on request - we charge € 15,00 per dog per day without food.

In addition to the daily pet fee, we will calculate an additional charge for any material or physical damage (e.g. repair of scratched furniture or deep cleaning of stains, etc.).

Aggressive or traumatised animals that could cause danger to other animals or people should be avoided.

• You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
• 3 months up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking
• 1 month to 1 week 70%
• within the last week 90 %, early departure 100%.

Check in:
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 16:00.
On Saturday, check-in is possible until 10 pm. During the week our reception is open until 8 pm. For a check-in outside our opening hours we charge an extra.

Payment:
The hotel bill can be paid by EC or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Diners Club).
Cash payment is limited according to Italian regulations.
Payment by bank transfer can only be accepted upon request.

If you need an invoice for your company, please also let us know before departure.

Housekeeping:
There is no cleaning during a stay of 7 nights or less. From 7 nights onwards there is cleaning in the middle of the stay with cleaning and linen change. This is unique for all treatments.
If additional cleaning or change of linen is requested, we will charge extra.
